Apply Tooling (A) to the joint face of inlet manifold (2). Inlet manifold (2) must be installed within ten minutes. Position inlet manifold (2) on the cylinder block. Install the support assembly for the air inlet heater solenoid and bolts (1) .
Install the air inlet heaters, if necessary.
Apply Tooling (A) to the joint face of air inlet elbow (3). Air inlet elbow (3) must be installed within 10 minutes. Position air inlet elbow (3) on inlet manifold (2) and install bolts (6) .
Connect harness assembly (5) to inlet manifold (2) .
Connect harness assembly (4) to air inlet elbow (3) .
