Before assembly, clean all internal components and internal surfaces.
Flush the eccentric weight housing group after assembly. A level of ISO 18/15 or less is required.
6 8 8T-4200 Bolt Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
7 2 165-4929 Plug As Torque to 90 15 N m (66 11 lb ft).
8 6 8T-4779 Bolt Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
Torque to 195 5 N m (144 4 lb ft).
9 1 150-2511 Sleeve Mount sleeve flush to shoulder of shaft.
Inside diameter is 39.994 0.006 mm (1.5746 0.0002 inch).
10 8 8T-4908 Bolt Apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads.
11 1 126-0288 Shaft Rotate the lobe of the weight downward. Orient the “T” upward on the splined shaft.
The total shaft end play should be 0.65 to 1.60 mm (0.026 to 0.063 inch).
