The following table lists the event codes that apply to the control system. The recommended response is listed. Use the Cat ET service tool to determine the event codes that are active or logged.
Table 3
Event Codes for the Implement ECM
EID
(Level)    Description    Possible Cause and Recommended Response
E861
(1)     Clock Manual Alignment Required     Go to synchronize hour meter function in ET to synchronize hour.
E875
(1)     Low System Voltage     The system voltage is lower than 24.8 VDC.
Response: Check the battery and alternator for proper operation.
E875
(2)     Low System Voltage     Event is active when the engine is running and system voltage is less than 24 VDC for more than 30 seconds.
Event is deactivated when the engine is running and system voltage is greater then 24.5 VDC for 3 seconds.
The alternator r-terminal is functioning while the engine is running.
Response: Check alternator for proper operation.
Response: Check the battery connections.
E875
(3)     Low System Voltage     Event is active when the engine is running and system voltage is less than 23 VDC for more than 60 seconds.
Event is deactivated when the engine is running and system voltage is greater then 23.5 VDC for 3 seconds.
Response: IMMEDIATE SAFE SHUTDOWN REQUIRED.
E876
(1)     High System Voltage     Event is active when the engine is running and system voltage exceeds 29.5 VDC.
Event is deactivated when the system voltage is less than 29.0 VDC for 2 seconds.
Response: IMMEDIATE SAFE SHUTDOWN REQUIRED.
Note: Refer to Special Instruction, REHS0354, "Charging System Troubleshooting".
E876
(3)     High System Voltage     Event is active when the engine is running and system voltage exceeds 32 VDC.
