Assembly Procedure

Install O-ring seals (19) onto solenoid valve (16). Repeat this step for the remaining solenoid valves (16).

Install O-ring seals (18) onto solenoid valve (15).

Position solenoid valve (16) and install bolts (17). Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in). Repeat this step for the remaining solenoid valves (16) and bolts (17).
Position solenoid valve (15) and install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 3.5 0.5 N m (31.00 4.43 lb in)
Install the O-ring seal and fitting (13).

Install pressure sensor (11). Tighten pressure sensor (11) to a torque of 62 8 N m (46 6 lb ft)
Install the O-ring seals and fittings (12). Install fitting (10).
Install the O-ring seal and accumulator (9). Tighten accumulator (9) to a torque of 146 7 N m (108 5 lb ft)

Install seal (4) onto pressure reducing valve (2). Install ring (5) and seal (6). Install ring (7) and seal (8).

Install pressure reducing valve (2). Tighten pressure reducing valve (2) to a torque of 60 6 N m (44 4 lb ft).
Install the O-ring seals and fittings (3). Install the O-ring seals and fittings (1). End By:
Install the pilot manifold.
