(1) Pressure Control Valve

(A) Locknut (B) StemNote: Turn stem in to increase pressure. Turn stem out to reduce pressure.
Locate the Pressure Control Valve (1). Loosen locknut (A). Turn the pressure adjustment stem (B) clockwise until the stem bottoms out. The required maximum pressure condition is now set. Firmly torque the locknut (A) to secure the adjustment position.

(2) Flow Control Valve

(C) Locknut (D) StemNote: Turn stem in to reduce flow. Turn stem out to increase flow.
Locate the Flow Control Valve (2). Loosen locknut (C). Turn the flow adjustment stem (D) clockwise until the stem bottoms out. Then, turn the flow adjustment stem back 1/4 turn (counterclockwise). RECOMMENDED flow setting is 1/4 - 1/2 open. Firmly torque the locknut (C) to secure the adjustment position.
Perform a manual lube cycle to verify that a Low Lube Pressure (EID 334) fault is not generated.
If Low Lube Pressure fault (EID 334) reoccurs, refer to Specifications, Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, RENR5397, "988H, 990H, 992G, 992K, and 993K Wheel Loaders Automatic Lubrication System (Hydraulic Actuated System)" for additional corrective actions.
