Location Of Bolts (1) And Washers (2)When a new 5T-2098 Axle is to be installed, the depth of the holes for mounting the 8W-5997 Arms should be measured to verify which mounting hardware to use. If the depth of the hole is 50.8 mm (2.00 in), the former studs, nuts and washers should be used. If the depth of the hole is 79.0 mm (3.11 in), the new 2H-3758 Bolts and 5D-0764 Washers should be used.
The new 2H-3758 Bolts should be tightened to 1800 200 N m (1325 150 lb ft).
