Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the air cleaner.

The machine has been removed for photographic purposes.
Disconnect harness assemblies (1).
Remove clamps (2) and (3).
Remove tube assembly (4).
Remove hose (5).

Remove bolts (7).
Remove clamp (6) and venturi (8).

Remove bolts (10) and differential pressure sensor (9). Remove pressure sensor (11). Installation Procedure
Install the exhaust sensor lines in reverse order of removal.
Tighten (11) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
Tighten clamps (3) and (6) to a torque of 8.5 2 N m (75 18 lb in).
