This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs.The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS51467" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The jacket water heater can fail to operate in its current orientation on certain C15 and C18 engines.
The heaters contain gravity seated ball valves in order to help direct flow of fluid through the heater. Poor heater performance can result from incorrect orientation of the heater. C15 models use a horizontal orientation of the jacket water heater and C18 models use a vertical orientation for the jacket water heater.
