Remove two bolts (5) and adapter (6) .

Remove O-ring seal (7) . Remove bolts (8) and head assembly (9) .

Remove pin (11) and bearing cup (10) .
If necessary, heat the head assembly to 121°C (250°F) and remove rods (12) and (13) .

Remove gasket (14) , coupler (15) and plate (16) .
Remove spring (17) , piston (18) and piston (19) .

Remove three bolts (20) and cover (21) .

Remove plug (22) .

Remove O-ring seal (23) from plug (22) and O-ring seal (24) on cover (21) .

Use an allen wrench to remove two bolts (25) , bearing (26) and the spacer from each side of the barrel assembly.
Remove bearing (27) and the shim.

Put a mark on a piston and on the barrel for assembly purposes. Remove barrel assembly (28) , pistons (29) and guide ring (30) as a unit.
Remove pistons (29) and guide ring (30) from barrel assembly (28) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to disassemble barrel assembly (28) .
Compress spring (32) until Tooling (A) is below retaining ring (34) .
Remove retaining ring (34) and slowly release the spring tension.
Remove spring (32) and washers (33) and (31) .

Remove shaft (35) and plate (36) . Remove stops (37) from the plate. If necessary, remove bearing (38) from the shaft.

Remove bearing cup (39) , two rings and two seals (40) .
Remove screws (41) and bearings (42) .
