Machine Preparation
Position the machine on level ground.
Stop the engine.
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "System Pressure - Release".

Main pump
(1) Pressure tap (delivery pressure for the front pump)
(2) Pressure tap (delivery pressure for the rear pump)
Connect two 41,368 kPa (6,000 psi) pressure sensors to pressure taps (1) and (2).

Rear swing motor
(3) Solenoid valve for swing parking brake
(4) Connector
Disconnect connector (4) from the solenoid valve for swing parking brake solenoid (3) on the rear swing motor. Note: If the machine is equipped with Product Link, reference Systems Operation, RENR7911, "Installation Parameters Configure" to configure the "Machine Maintenance Mode". This will prevent diagnostic codes being reported to Product Link.Note: Clear the diagnostic codes created during this step once the test has been completed.Test Procedure
Start the engine.
Place the machine controls at the following settings:
Engine speed dial "10"
AEC switch OFFRefer to Testing and Adjusting, "Engine Performance - Test (Engine Speed)" for engine rpm settings.
Place the hydraulic lockout lever in the UNLOCKED position.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° 5°C (131° 9°F).
Move the swing joystick slowly and ensure that the swing parking brake is activated.
Slowly move the swing joystick for a full SWING RIGHT operation and check the pressure for relief valve (11) and (16) at pressure tap (2). Refer to Table 1 for swing relief pressure.
Return the joystick to the NEUTRAL position.
