AIR CLEANER AS 2942090 - Caterpillar

1. Loosen the setscrews in the side of the control knobs. Remove heater and air conditioning temperature control knobs (2) and fan control knob (3).2. Remove four bolts (1) and lower the panel assembly. 3. Disconnect wire harness (4). Put identification on the wires and disconnect wires (5) and (6) from the fan control switch. 4. Remove the nut and washer from the front of the panel assembly that holds the fan control switch in place. Remove fan control switch (8).5. Put identification on the wires and disconnect wires (7) from the fan control switch. The following steps are for installation of the fan control switch.6. Connect four wires (7) to fan control switch (8).7. Put fan control switch (8) in position in the back of the panel. Install the washer and nut that hold the fan control switch in place.8. Connect wires (5) and (6) to the fan control switch.9. Connect wire harness (4).10. Put the panel assembly in the duct with four bolts (1).11. Install heater and air conditioning temperature control knobs (2). Install fan control knob (3).
