Location of the Service Connector
Connect the laptop computer to the service connector in the cab. The service connector is located on the right side instrument panel above the key start switch. Note: The Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET) will allow the activation speed for the ride control to be adjusted in 0.1 km/h (0.06 mph) increments. The engagement speed may be adjusted between 2 km/h (1.2 mph) to 23 km/h (14.3 mph). The factory setting for the activation speed (forward) is 10.0 km/h (6.2 mph). The factory setting for the activation speed (reverse) is 3.0 km/h (1.9 mph).
