This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI3137" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception:If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3137" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Some 7W0053 and 4P5638 Engine Oil Pumps may have been built with a flawed drive shaft that can have excessive motion. This may cause the oil pump to wear out prematurely.

1. For D11R Tractors, 992G Wheel Loaders and 854G Wheel Tractors, lower engine protection guards will need to be removed for access to the engine oil pump.2. For 777D Trucks, 992G Wheel Loaders and the 3508B Machine Engines (2GR), the 4W6095 Bracket must be loosened for access to the sequence number.3. The oil pump sequence number is located on the rear lower right hand side of the oil pump to the left of the fuel transfer pump.4. The 3508 Engines use the 7W0053 Oil Pump. Sequence numbers between 17514-17551 should be replaced.5. The 3512 and 3516 Engines use the 4P5638 Oil Pump. Sequence numbers between 15776-15817 should be replaced.Owner Notification
