Check that the lines attached to all the remote grease fittings are undamaged. If the grease lines are split, grease will not reach the components that require lubricating. Machine damage will result.
Do not overfill the automatic lubrication reservoir. Damage to the automatic lubrication system could result.
Prepare the machine for maintenance. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Prepare the Machine for Maintenance".

Fill the autolube reservoir (1) through remote fill port (2) located behind access door (3).
The lubricant level is visible through the reservoir. Visually monitor the grease level in the reservoir as lubricant is added. Note: The bulk capacity of the grease reservoir is 15 L (3.9 US gal).The automatic lubrication reservoir provides lubrication for many components. There are lubrication distribution valves at the following locations: rear of machine, left side of machine and right side of machine.If the lubrication pump becomes damaged, grease can be applied directly to the fittings on the lubrication distribution valves.
