Install oil cooler (1), bracket (2), and bracket (3), with three bolts (14) and six washers (13) through mounts (ISO) (12). Refer to Illustration 13.

(11B) 5K-9090 O-Ring Seal
(11C) 7M-8485 O-Ring Seal

Install elbow assembly (11) to oil cooler (1). Install connector assembly (10) to cooler (1). Refer to Illustration 16.

Route hose assembly (5) between the engine and the radiator. Connect hose assembly (5) to connector assembly (10) on the inboard side of hydraulic oil cooler (1). Refer to Illustration 17.

Connect hose assembly (25) from elbow assembly (11) on cooler (1) to the return tube on the RH side of the engine. Refer to Illustration 18. Connect hose assembly (25) to the return tube on the RH side of the engine with the following parts:
(6) One 4J-0522 O-Ring Seal
(7) Two 1P-4578 Half Flanges
(8) Four 8T-8916 Bolts
(9) Four 8T-5360 Washers

Replace the existing "P" clip with clip (23) and clip (24). Turn existing bracket (S) so hose (5) is aligned in notch (T). Refer to Illustration 19. This area is at the bottom of the radiator guard.
