1. Remove the two oil cooler lines (1).2. Disconnect the two electrical wires (2).3. Remove three bolts (3) and torque converter outlet relief valve (4). The following steps are for installation of the torque converter outlet relief valve.4. Check the two O-ring seals, and replace them if necessary. Install the torque converter outlet relief valve and bolts (3).5. START BY:a. remove torque converter outlet relief valve 1. Remove cover (3), seal (2) and spool assembly (1). 2. Remove spring (4), shims (5), shims (6), ring (11), retainer (10), spring (9) and poppet (8) from spool (7).3. Lubricate all parts with clean transmission oil before assembly.
