Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the bucket. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Work Tool Coupler Operation".

Remove the nut, the bolt, the spacers (1) and the link (3) .
Lower the bucket cylinder (2) to the stick.

Remove the nut, the bolt, and spacers (4) .
Remove the linkage (5) .Installation Procedure

Install linkage (5) into position.
Install the bolt, the spacers, and nut (4). Tighten to a torque of 200 N m (148 lb ft).

Install the linkage (3) into position.
Raise the bucket cylinder (2) into position.
Install the bolt, the spacers, and nut (1). Tighten to a torque of 150 N m (110 lb ft).End By: Install the bucket. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Work Tool Coupler Operation".
