A 183-4797 Lifting Device 1 ReferenceRefer to Specifications, "Track Rollers" and Specifications, "Track Roller Frames" in the Service Manual for your machine.
Assemble the Track Roller. Refer to Undercarriage Reconditioning Guide, SEBF8599.

Use a hoist and Tooling (A) in order to install the track roller under the track roller frame. The flat surface on the shaft of the track roller must be against the track roller frame.
Position track roller (1) on the track roller frame. The lip on the caps must face away from the roller. Fasten the caps with bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 750 90 N m (550 60 lb ft).
Lower the machine.End By: Adjust the track. When you adjust the tension of the track, refer to the procedure in Testing and Adjusting, "Track - Adjust" in the Service Manual for your machine.
