& Install Carburetor (Low Pressure Gas)
Start By:a. remove air cleaner group 1. Disconnect tube assembly (1) from flange (2). 2. Remove four bolts (3) holding flange (2) to the carburetor (4). Remove flange (2) and its gasket. 3. Loosen one screw clamp (5).4. While supporting the carburetor (4), remove one locknut and clamp (6). Remove the carburetor and gas line.
Typical Example5. Remove the section of gas line (7) from the carburetor (4). Remove four bolts (8) and remove flange (9) and its gasket.6. Remove screws (10), cover (13), spring (12) and air valve assembly (11). The following steps are for the installation of the carburetor.7. Install air valve assembly (11) and spring (12) in the carburetor body. Install cover (13) and screws (10).8. Install flange (9) and its gasket with four bolts (8). Install section of gas line (7) to the carburetor.9. Install carburetor (4) and gas line install clamp (6) and one locknut. Tighten the clamp to a torque of 12 4 N m (9 3 lb ft).10. Tighten one screw clamp (5).11. Install flange (2) and its gasket with four bolts (3).12. Connect tube assembly (1) to flange (2).End By:a. install air cleaner group
