1. Remove bolts and cap (1) from the blade lift cylinders or the blade centershift cylinder. 2. Remove inserts (3) and shims (2) from the cap and the cylinder rod end socket.3. Clean the ballstud and sockets of all rust and dirt.4. Put 1P0808 General Purpose Lubricant between the inserts (3) and ballstud (4). 5. Put shims and insert (3) in position on the rod end of cylinder. 6. Install shims (2), inserts (3) and cap (1) in position. Add or remove shims until there is no end clearance. Tighten bolts to a torque of 320 15 lb.ft. (434 20 N m).
