The new rocker arm assembly has the bearing assembled in the rocker arm with better accuracy. This keeps the oil hole in the bearing in the correct position in the rocker arm. If the oil hole is not in the correct position, too much oil can flow into the rocker arm area of the cylinder head.Adaptable As: The new 2W8271 Rocker Arm Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 9L6386 Rocker Arm Assembly, which has been canceled. A new 2W6047 Thrust Washer must be used during replacement of a rocker arm assembly.
