Problem
Some 3T7727 Screened Modulation Orifices in parts stock may have been manufactured in such a way that caused blockage of the orifice. The screened modulation orifice is used in power shift transmission controls. Use of a blocked orifice would prevent clutch oil pressure from rising above the primary pressure.
Action Required
Remove all 3T7727 Screened Modulation Orifices (yellow with black core) from parts stock that have a date code of 5894 on the package. Check for blockage by blowing air through any orifices that have previously been removed from the packages. If the orifices are blocked, do not return them to parts stock. If the orifices are not blocked, return them to parts stock
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 3T7727 Screened Modulation Orifices removed from parts stock.
Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
