Operator's Seat
The operator's seat has several adjustments for the operator's comfort. The seat must be adjusted with the operator in the seat and the engine running.Pull up on lever (1) and move the seat forward or backward until the operator has full movement of the brake pedals with his back against the seat back.Move lever (2) forward to raise the seat; move it backward to lower the seat.Move lever (3) up for a firmer ride; move the lever down for a smoother ride.

The pressurizer makes a supply of filtered (cleaned) air for the cab at a positive pressure to keep dust out of the cab. It is also the supply of air for the heater and air conditioner. The control for the pressurizer is located above and in front of the operator. Switch (4) for the pressurizer (fan) has three positions (speeds) clockwise for heat or vent. The switch has three positions counterclockwise for the air conditioner, if so equipped. For either the vent and heat positions or for the air conditioning positions, there are low, medium and high fan speeds.

7. Filters.Heater
The heater has a temperature control knob (5) in the panel next to the pressurizer control. Turn the heater temperature control clockwise for more heat. The pressurizer fan is used to circulate the heated air.Air Conditioner
The air conditioner uses the pressurizer to circulate the cold air from the air conditioner. The pressurizer fan control must be turned counterclockwise to the air conditioner positions. There is a temperature control (thermostat) for the air conditioner in the panel with the pressurizer and heater controls. Turn thermostat (6) clockwise for more cooling.The air conditioner housing on the roof of the cab has two filters (8), one at the front and one at the rear of the housing, that can be cleaned and re-used.
