1. Drill two holes in the right hand rear hood suppprt. See Illustration 2 for hole locations.
Illustration 2. Location of holes in right hand rear hood support.2. Mount the horn to bracket (4) with bolt (11) and nut (12).3. Connect wire assembly (7) to the one of the terminals on horn assembly (3).4. Install bracket (4) with bolts (5) and nuts (6) to the mounting holes drilled in Step 1 in the RH rear hood support. When installing the bracket, connect wire assembly (7) to one of the bolts to ground the horn. Remove any paint on the hood support where the bracket is mounted. See Illustration 1 for mounting location.5. Install terminals (9) on the two ends of wire (8).6. Connect one end of wire assembly (8) to the horn switch in the console group. See Illustration 3. The wire should be connected to the terminal with the existing BROWN WIRE.
Illustration 3. Location of horn switch.7. Route wire assembly (8) down to the horn. When installing the wire, use cable straps (10) as needed to secure the wire to the console harness and the engine harness.8. Connect wire assembly (8) to the other terminal on horn assembly (3).
