(28) Rear vibratory motorThe illustration shows the hydraulic schematic for the vibratory system under the following conditions:
The vibratory system is operating.
The vibratory system is set to high amplitude and low frequency.
The drum mode is set to front drum. When the vibratory operating parameters are as described above, the machine ECM number-one sends an output signal to vibratory solenoid "MA" (3). Under these conditions, the machine ECM number-one also sends an output signal to front vibratory solenoid (12). When vibratory solenoid "MA" is energized, the rotating group in the pump produces flow.Supply oil from the rotating group acts against combination valve (6) and flows out port "B" of vibratory pump (1). This oil is directed to port "A1" of the machine valve. Internal passages in the machine valve direct the supply oil to front drum bypass valve (16), to flushing spool (18), and out port "A" of the machine valve. From port "A" of the machine valve, oil is directed to port "A" of front vibratory motor (25). On the outlet side of the front vibratory motor, oil follows two paths. The first path leads to port "A" of rear vibratory motor (28). The second path leads to port"P" of the machine valve.Inside the machine valve, oil is distributed to the following locations:
Anticavitation check valve (20)
Intercircuit relief valve (21)
Front vibratory solenoid (12)
Rear drum bypass valve (13)
Rear drum solenoid (14)
Front drum bypass valve (16)When the drum mode is set to front drum, front vibratory solenoid (12) is energized. In this case, the spring side of rear drum bypass valve (13) is open to the hydraulic tank and the valve shifts. This action connects port "P", port "B", and port "B1" of the machine valve. Under these conditions, oil pressure is equal on either side of rear vibratory motor (28), and the rear vibratory motor does not operate. Also under these conditions, a pressure differential is created across the front vibratory motor, and the front vibratory motor operates. If the operator changes the vibratory drum mode from front drum to both drums during operation, the machine ECM number-one will de-energize front vibratory solenoid (12). In this case, rear drum bypass valve (13) will close, and pressure in the system will quickly increase while rear vibratory motor (28) starts to operate. Intercircuit relief valve (21) feels this pressure increase. If the pressure in the system becomes greater than 25000 2000 kPa (3600 290 psi), the intercircuit relief valve opens, and excess pressure is relieved into the charge circuit.
