Inside Front Operator Console
(1) Neutral fuse
(2) Water pump fuse
(3) Water pump relay
(4) Water spray timerNeutral fuse (1), water pump fuse (2), water pump relay (3), and water spray timer (4) are located inside the front console. A panel must be removed to access to these electrical components.Water pump fuse (1) is located in position"F2" of the fuse panel. The water pump fuse provides main power to the water spray switch. When the water spray switch is in the CONTINUOUS position, power transfers from the water pump fuse to the water spray pump. The fuse is rated at 10 amp.Water spray relay (2) is controlled by water spray timer (4). The timer receives power from neutral fuse (1) located in position"F1" of the fuse panel. The neutral fuse is rated at 10 amp.When the water spray switch is in the INTERMITTENT position, the timer is active. When active, water spray timer (4) creates a 10-second on and 10-second off cycle for the water spray system. During the ON cycle of the timer, the coil of water pump relay (2) is energized. In this case, power from the relay is transferred to the water spray motor. During the OFF cycle, the coil of the relay is not energized. In this case, the water spray motor does not operate.

(7) Electric motorThe machine is equipped with water pump (6) that is driven by electric motor (7). The water pump is on the left side of the machine, below the operator platform.Water pump (6) draws water from the machine water tank. The pump supplies water to the front and rear spray bar.

(8) Water drain valveThe water system is equipped with a water drain line. Water drain valve (8) is located beside the water pump.Water drain valve (8) is used to drain the water line. The water tank can also be drained using this drain line.

(11) Mesh filterWater tank (9) is at the rear of the machine. Water tank fill port (10) is on the right side of the tank.Water tank fill port (10) contains mesh filter (11) which prevents large debris from entering the tank. The refill capacity of the water tank is as follows:
Double-drum machine - 210 L (55 US gal)
Single-drum machine - 170 L (45 US gal)
