Use Tooling (A) to install bearing cup (5) and bearing cup (7) in hub (14).
Install bearing cone (8 ) and use Tooling (A) to install lip seal (9) in hub (14).
Install hub (14) on axle (15).
Install bearing cone (4) and spacer (5) in hub (14).
Install lock washer (11) and bearing nut (10).Tighten bearing nut (10) to a torque of 170 35 N m (125 26 lb ft) while rotating hub (14) counter clockwise. Back off bearing nut (10) to nearest tang on lockwasher (11).
Use Tooling (A) to install lip seal (3) to plate (2).
Install plate (2) and bolts (1).
Use fittings to fill cavity with grease, then install plug (13) to hub (14). End By:
Install wheel and tire.
