Attach a suitable lifting device to right side end gate (2). The weight of end gate (2) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Remove the three bolts, the three washers, and end gate (2) .
Start the machine.
Raise the screed and engage the travel locks.

Remove the two bolts, the two nuts, auger segment (3), and the collar.Note: The collar is not needed.

Install auger assembly (4), auger segment (3), the two bolts, and the two nuts.

Install main frame extension, the two bolts, the four washers, and the two nuts.

Install walk way extension (6), the two bolts, the four washers, and the two nuts.
Start the machine.
Disengage the screed locks and lower the screed onto flat cribbing.Note: The cribbing should be long enough to support the extender and the two extensions.

Remove bolts (8) and covers (7) from both extensions.

Attach a suitable lifting device or use two people to install extension (9) . The weight of extension (9) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install extension (9), the three washers, and three bolts (10) to the right extender. Adjust extension (9) to match the right extender (flatness and attack angle). Tighten bolts (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device or use two people to install extension (11) . The weight of extension (11) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install extension (11), the three washers, and three bolts (12) to extension (9). Adjust extension (11) to match extension (9) and the right extender (flatness and attack angle). Tighten bolts (12) .

Install covers (7) and bolts (8) to both extensions.

Remove bolts (14) and plate (13) .

Remove harness assemblies (15) from the holders.

Connect harness assemblies (16) to harness assemblies (15) .

Install plate (13) and bolts (14) .
