Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Move harness assembly (1) out of the way.
Disconnect hose assemblies (2) .

Remove bolts (3) and fan (4). Move drive shaft assembly (5) out of the way.

Raise the machine and install Tooling (A) under both sides of the machine, as shown. Lower the machine on Tooling (A) .
Remove bolts (6) from the support assembly.

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to support assembly (9). Remove bolts (8) and support assembly (9). The weight of support assembly (9) is approximately 417 kg (920 lb).

Disconnect hose assemblies (11) from piston motor (12) and final drive (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to support assembly (15) .
Remove bolts (16), bolts (17), and support assembly (15) from the machine. The weight of support assembly (15) is approximately 463 kg (1020 lb).

Use a suitable lift truck in order to remove drum assembly (18). The weight of drum assembly (18) is approximately 2973 kg (6554 lb).
