Information:
(1) Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of nut (1) . Tighten nut (1) to a torque of 3400 340 N m (2508 251 lb ft). (2) Lubricate the sealing lips with the lubricant that is being sealed. (3) Bearing (3) must not extend beyond either outside surface. (4) Apply Tooling (G) to the seal groove prior to the assembly of seal (4) . (5) Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 700 90 N m (516 66 lb ft).Installation Procedure

If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Place lift cylinder (7) on suitable blocking, as shown.

Connect hose assemblies (6) .

Use a suitable lifting device to install guard assembly (13) on the lift cylinder. The weight of guard assembly (13) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Install bolts (14) .

Secure harness assembly (11) to the lift cylinder with cable strap (12) .

Install cap assemblies (9) and bolts (8) .
