Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic cylinder (contamination cover).

Remove bolts (1) and block assembly (2). Repeat for the opposite side.

Remove backup rings (3) and O-ring seal (4) from block assembly (2). Repeat for the remaining block assembly.

Remove tube (5). Repeat for the opposite side.

Remove hose assemblies (6) .

Note: Make sure that the suitable lifting device is routed between the sleeves, as shown, to prevent damage to the sleeves.
Attach a suitable lifting device to coupler cartridge (7). The weight of coupler cartridge (7) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb). Remove bolts (8)

Remove coupler cartridge (7) .

Remove gasket (8) .

Remove wiper (9) .Installation Procedure
Install coupler cartridge (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Assemble gasket (8) with the adhesive side to the quick coupler assembly.
Ensure the mounting surfaces between coupler cartridge (7) and the coupler assembly are free of paint and debris.
Start By:
