1. Remove two nuts (3) and washers, then remove heat shield (4).2. Remove two spacers between the shield and the exhaust manifold.3. Remove nuts (1) and washers. Remove exhaust manifold (2). The following steps are for the installation of the exhaust manifold.4. If any of the studs in the cylinder head are loose or need to be replaced, apply 5P3931 Anti Seize Compound to the threads and tighten them to a torque of 25 4 N m (20 3 lb.ft.).5. Install new gaskets on exhaust manifold (2) and apply 5P3931 Anti Seize Compound to the threads on the studs.6. Position the exhaust manifold then install washers and nuts. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 45 4 N m (35 3 lb.ft.).7. Position heat shield (4) and install washers and nuts (3).End By:a. install fuel injection linesb. install turbocharger
