Route 5P-5630 Tube from the atomizer toward the front of the engine. Route the tube over the radiator guard to the other side of the engine. Illustrations 3 and 4 show the proper path to route 5P-5630 Tube .Wiring Instructions

3E-5239 Relay As
Install 3E-5239 Relay As (2). Refer to illustration 6 for the correct location of 3E-5239 Relay As during installation. Use 7X-2619 Bolt and 9X-8256 Washer to secure 3E-5239 Relay As in place.Installation of the Breaker Switch

Install 6T-3643 Circuit Breaker As (1) in the knockout panel above.Note: Refer to illustration 5 for the proper wiring instructions for the breaker switch.
Route the wiring for the breaker switch with the engine wiring harness. Use 5P-6039 Spiral Wrap to wrap the wire for the breaker switch before routing the wire.

Add a 2L-8079 Terminal to the end of the black wire that comes out of the ether relay. Refer to illustration 5 in order to find the ether relay. The black wire is connected to pin 86 on the ether relay. Connect the black wire to the machine ground, once 2L-8079 Terminal is connected to black wire. The black wire is connected to the machine ground in illustration 9.
Once the black wire is connected to the machine ground, route the black wire along the path of engine wiring harness.Mounting the Injector Nozzle on 330C

116-4663 Elbow
Remove 116-4663 Elbow from the engine.
Drill and tap the boss (1) on 116-4663 Elbow for a 3.1750 mm (0.125 inch) fitting.
Deburr the area and clean the area thoroughly.
Apply pipe sealant to the threads of 251-4345 Ether Atomizer . Then assemble 251-4345 Ether Atomizer to the fitting from step 2.
Torque 251-4345 Ether Atomizer to a minimum of 2.8 N m (2.06 lb ft).Note: There is a hole at the end of the tube on 251-4345 Ether Atomizer . The ether is sprayed out of that hole. Make sure that the ether will inject the same way as the arrow indicates in 10.
