Disconnect hose (B) from regulator (C)

Before and after removal of components
Remove fitting (D) and washer (E) from regulator (C) and retain removed parts for later in the procedure.
Remove regulator (C) and fittings (F) from the top of the dryer (G) and discard.Installation of New System Components
Note: Refer to table 1 for Part Numbers and numerical call outs.

Install fitting (D) and washer (E) from Step 7, from the previous section, to the top of dryer (G) .

Connect hose (B) from Step 6 from the top of dryer (G) to the top of tank (J) .

Remove plug (L) and washer (H) from tank (J) and discard.

Install fitting (1) with seal (12) into the port from which plug (L) was removed

Apply sealant (9) to the threads of valve (3) and install valve (3) into the threaded port on tee (2) .

Install tee (2) into fitting (1) with gasket (10) .Note: Be sure to position the tee (2) so that the valve (3) is horizontal and oriented towards the rear of the machine.

Apply sealant (9) to the threads of fitting (5) .
Install the fitting (5) into the bottom rear most part of the governor (K)

Install fitting (6) into fitting (5) with gasket (11) .Note: Orient the fitting outlet towards the front of the machine.
Apply a small amount of sealant (9) to the threads of the plug (7) .
Install plug (7) into the middle bottom port of the governor (K) .

Install the 90 degree end of hose (4) into the fitting (2) with gasket (10) .Note: Orient the bend down and slightly forward.
Route hose (4) towards and then next to the electrical harness bundle that routes up on the top right side of the engine compartment.

Connect the other end of hose (4) to the fitting (6) with gasket (11) .

Adjust hose (4) as needed to balance out the length and eliminate tension on the hose.

Attach hose (4) using strap (8) to the electrical harness.
Operate the system and check for leaks and proper operation.
