The hydraulic oil temperature can be monitored on the IQAN "Hydraulics Page".Press "F2" at the main IQAN page in order to display the "Hydraulics Page".Warming the Hydraulic Oil to Normal Operating Temperature
Start the engine and operate the engine at high RPM.
Ensure that the parking brake is engaged and the door is closed.
Press the "Arming" switch on the console in order to arm the hydraulics.
Operate the lift/tilt cylinders back and forth until you reach normal operating temperature. Normal operating temperature is 54° C (130° F) to 60° C (140° F).
Lower the worktool to the ground and reduce the engine speed to low idle.
Press the "Arming" switch on the console in order to disarm the hydraulics.
Shut down the machine.Warming the Hydraulic Oil for Fan Pump Testing and Cold Weather Warmup
In order to test the hydraulic fan speed, the hydraulic oil must be warmed to 77° C (170° F). Follow this procedure to warm the oil for testing the hydraulic fan speed.This procedure may also be used to warm the oil to normal operating temperatures in cold weather.
Start the procedure by warming the hydraulic oil to normal operating temperature. Normal operating temperature is 54 ° C (130° F). Use the following procedure in order to warm the hydraulic oil.
Start the engine and operate the engine at high RPM.
Ensure that the parking brake is engaged and the door is closed. Press the "Arming" switch on the console in order to arm the hydraulics.
Operate the lift and tilt cylinders until you reach the normal operating temperature.
Lower the work tool to the ground.Reduce the engine speed to low idle.Disarm the hydraulics and shut off the engine.

Remove the covers on the front of the machine in order to gain access to the implement control valve.

Use a 4mm allen wrench to turn the LS relief adjustment on the front frame valve clockwise one full turn in order to aid in warming the hydraulic oil to 77° C (170° F). Refer to Illustration 3.
Start the machine and arm the hydraulics.
Run the engine at full RPM.
For operating the machine and most hydraulic testing, warm the hydraulic oil to normal operating temperature. Normal operating temperature is 54° C (130° F) to 60° C (140° F).For the fan test, warm the hydraulic oil to 77° C (170° F) by holding the gather button or bunching button on, stalling the function.Note: Maintain the oil temperature at 77° C (170° F) for the fan test.
Allow the engine oil to cool to normal operating temperature in order to set the load sense relief valve back to 24132 kPa (3500 psi).
Use the 4mm allen wrench to turn the LS relief adjustment counterclockwise one full turn. Refer to Illustration 3.Note: Turn the LS relief adjustment screw counterclockwise exactly the same amount the screw was turned clockwise. This adjustment should put the auxiliary system pressure back exactly where it was.
Set the LS relief valve on the front frame valve back to 24132 kPa (3500 psi).
