Remove the work tool from the stick.

Secure power link (B) to the stick.

Locate the supports on the ground. Front support (1) will accept pin (C) of the stick. The rear support should be placed 11090 mm (36 ft 4.6 inch ) from the front support.
Lower the front of the stick to the front support.

Position pin (C) of the stick in the lower half of blocks (D).
Install the upper half of blocks (D). Secure the blocks with bolts (E).

Rear support

Lower the boom. Place bracket (F) in the support. Align the holes of the bracket of the stick and the rear support.
Insert pin (G) through the holes of the rear support and the support for the stick. Secure the pin with lock pin (H).
Stop the engine. Operate the joysticks in order to release the hydraulic pressure.

Secure the stick cylinder to the boom nose with strap (9).
Disconnect the quick couplings on both sides of the fore boom.
Disconnect connector (7).
Remove the hydraulic hoses that are connected to the quick couplings. Plug the hydraulic hoses.
Disconnect the grease lines.
Install a block of wood (8) between the stick and the stick cylinder.
Remove bolt (10) and pin (11).
Lower the stick cylinder to the stick.
Secure the stick cylinder to the stick.
Disconnect the quick couplings on the top of the fore boom.
Remove the hydraulic hoses. Plug the hydraulic hoses.
Disconnect the grease lines.
Disconnect the electrical wiring.

Remove bolt (13) and spacer (14).
Remove spacer (3).
Start the engine.
Raise the boom.
Drive the machine backward.
Place the stick and the supports on the trailer. Use the four lifting eyes that are on the stick.
Place the supports for the boom and the fore boom onto the trailer. Secure the supports to the trailer.
Secure the stick to the trailer.
