Drain the engine coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Remove the clips and the hose clamps that secure hose (A) and hose (B). Discard the clips, the hose clamps, and any locknuts that are loosened. Retain the hardware that secures the clips.
Loosen the necessary blocks from hose (A) and hose (B). Remove hose (A) and hose (B). Discard the hoses.

Cut hose (1) and hose (2) to the correct length. Refer to Table 22 for the correct lengths.Note: Start the installation from engine side.
Secure hose (1) and hose (2) to the engine side by using two hose clamps (3) .
Secure hose (1) and hose (2) to the top of block assembly (C) by using one clip (4), one clip (5), and one locknut (6). Ensure that the hoses are not rubbing with other components and that the clips are oriented perpendicular to the hoses.Note: Use the hardware that was removed in Step 2
