1. Remove nut and bolt (2) from bracket (1). 2. Use a chisel (5) to open bracket enough to remove roller shaft (3).3. Remove shaft from bottom of roller.4. Remove roller (4). 5. Remove bushing from roller using tool group (A). The following steps and tools are for installing the front guide rollers. 6. Install bushing in roller using tool group (A).7. Use a chisel (5) to open bracket enough to install shaft (3). Install roller (4).8. Turn shaft until clearance between roller and bowl track is 3.8 2.2 mm (.15 .09 in) at any point during the full travel of the ejector.9. Install the nut and bolt (2) that hold the shaft to the bracket (1).10. Check the clearance between ejector and sides of bowl. The clearance must be 9.7 6.3 mm (.38 .25 in).
