Bolt channels (1) to guard (2). Bolt blocks (3) to channel (1) and bolt blocks (4) to blocks (5). Position the guard as shown. Tack weld blocks (3) to the frame. Hold blocks (4) and (5) against the bottom of the frame; tack weld blocks (4) to the frame and blocks (5) to guard (2). Remove the guard and weld both sides of the blocks with .25" (6.0) fillet welds. Install the guard. Bolt plates (6) to plate (7); position the plates as shown and tack weld plates (6) to the frame. Remove plate (7) and weld both sides of plates (6) with .25" (6.0) intermittent fillet welds 2.0" (50.0) long, 3.0" (80.0) apart. Install plate (7).950, 980
Bolt bar (1) and blocks (2) to plate (3); center the assembly under the frame to the dimension given and tack weld in place. Remove plate (3) and weld front and rear edges of blocks (2) and bar (1) with .25" (6,0) fillet welds; on bar (1) use four equally spaced 2.0" (50,0) intermittent welds. Install plate (3).Plates (4) and (5) are used on the 950 only. If equipped with ripper-scarifier, remove the shaded portion from plate (5). Position assembled plates (4) and (5) at the higher position (with ripper-scarifier) or the lower position (standard) and tack weld to the frame. Remove plate (5) and weld inside and outside contacting edges of plates (4) with four equally spaced 2.0" (50,0) intermittent .31" (8,0) fillet welds. Install plate (5).966B, 966C
