Problem
The swing drive output shaft retainer may fail and cause damage to the swing drive on certain 215C, 215D, and 219 Excavators.

Dealers will need to order parts for this Program. 1 - 6C3740 Shaft 1 - 6C3742 Retainer 1 - 6C3743 Retainer
Action Required
Follow the procedures in the Service Manual. Remove the swing drive. Replace the existing output shaft and retainers with the new parts listed. Install the swing drive.
