Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Inspect the condition of the gaskets. Replace the gaskets, if necessary.
Install the gaskets and position water outlet manifold (2) and water temperature regulator housing (3) as a unit on the cylinder head.
Install bolts (7) and the washers.
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of plugs (6). Install plugs (6) .
Position tube assembly (4) and install bolts (5) and the washers.
Connect harness assembly (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.
