Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic rotator assembly (5). The weight of hydraulic rotator assembly (5) is approximately 145 kg (320 lb).
Connect hydraulic rotator assembly (5) to grapple housing (7).
Install four bolts (6) evenly spaced.
Ensure that rotator assembly (5) turns multiple revolutions freely.

If rotator assembly (5) does not spin freely, loosen bolts (6). Use a suitable hammer to tap rotator assembly (5) at the base of the rotator motor.
Tighten bolts (6).
Repeat Step 5 as needed.

Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (6). Install bolts (6).
