Bend the spray nozzle 90 degrees as shown in Illustration 2.Apply tape (B) around the nozzle tip as shown in Illustration 2.Note: Do not obstruct nozzle hole (C).

Spray the paint into a container for 10 seconds and measure the weight (X) in grams. Apply (X) to the following equation to find T (seconds). The equation to determine proper spray time is: T=50/X.For example, if the measured weight was 5 grams, you would divide 50 by 5 for a spray time of 10 seconds.
Open the door and secure the door in the open position.

Gaps between the inner panel and outer panel
Fill three gaps with waste cloth between the inner panel and outer panel to prevent overspray. Refer to Illustration 4 for the locations to be filled.

Spray direction and order
Refer to Illustration 5 for the direction and order for spraying the paint. Insert the nozzle into the hole as shown in Steps 5.a and 5.b.

Insert the spray nozzle into the hole and tilt the nozzle to 45 degrees.

Spray the paint, rotating the nozzle 45 degrees up and down, at a constant speed for the amount of time that was previously calculated.
Perform Step 5.a and Step 5.b on all 18 indicated holes. Spray in the direction(s) indicated for that hole.
Wait 12 hours for the paint to dry.Note: Do not operate the machine during this 12-hour period to prevent paint dripping.
Remove the waste cloth.
Check the appearance of the paint. Touch up the paint if required.
