The axle S/N's of both reworked (front and rear) axles must be stated in the Service Letter claim comment field/claim story. Claims without documented axle S/N's are subject to rejection.
10.0 hours will be allowed for a Before Failure (front and rear) axle repair.
An additional 10.0 hours will be allowed for an After Failure (front and rear) axle repair. To justify claiming resultant damage parts cost, pictures (showing the failed parts) must be attached to the claim.
