Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the screed control. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Screed Control - Remove and Install".

Remove control group (2) from screed control assembly (1). Turn screed control assembly (1) over and remove four bolts (3) and the four washers. Lay screed control assembly (1) on the work surface with control group (2) facing up.

Disconnect harness assemblies (4) from control group (2). Remove control group (2) from screed control assembly (1).

Remove 13 bolts (5) and the 13 washers in order to separate the two halves of screed control assembly (1).

Disconnect harness assemblies (6), (7), and (8).

Disconnect harness assemblies (9) and (10).

Disconnect harness assemblies (11), (12), and (13).
Separate the two halves of screed control assembly (1).

Disconnect harness assembly (14).
Remove the four bolts, the eight washers, the four nuts, and harness assembly (15) from the back half of screed control assembly (1).

Remove stop switch (16) from the front half of screed control assembly (1).
Remove the six nuts, the six washers, and key pad modules (17) from the front half of screed control assembly (1).
Remove the two bolts, the two washers, and rocker switch (18) from the front half of screed control assembly (1).
Remove the nut and horn assembly (19) from the front half of screed control assembly (1).
