Disconnect connector (40) that is for implement pressure switch (39) .
Install 190-0163 Harness in place of connector (40) .

Disconnect connector (41) for engine speed sensor (42) .Note: Performing Step 1 and Step 3 fixes the power shift pressure at 1270 kPa (185 psi).
Start the engine.
Place the engine speed dial in the HIGH IDLE position. Maintain the maximum no-load speed at 1980 50 rpm with the manual low idle switch OFF.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° 5°C (131° 9°F).
Check pressure tap (21) and make sure that the power shift pressure is 1270 290 kPa (185 40 psi).
In order to perform flow measurements for either one of the pumps, the other pump must be under load. To place the other pump under load, the main relief valve must be temporarily set to 22600 kPa (3275 psi) and an implement must be actuated while the pump flow test is performed.ReferenceRefer to Testing and Adjusting, "Relief Valve (Main) Test and Adjust" for the procedure to temporarily set the pressure of the main relief valve.
Turn valve (23) on the portable hydraulic tester clockwise. Record pump flow at each of the following pressures in Table 3. Use pressure tap (19) to monitor right pump delivery pressure or use pressure tap (20) to monitor left pump delivery pressure.
