Replace all fuel filters and ARD head fittings. Check fuel lines to aftertreatment for signs of corrosion and replace as required
Fuel tank requires cleaning
Remove fuel tank guards
Remove DEF tank
Pull cab floor plates and seat
Pull rear panel and attached ECM's
Remove implement valve
Remove fuel tank
Cut access holes in RH end of fuel tank for pressure wand access
Pressure wash inside tank to remove petrochemical residue
Insert 12 gallons of Citrus Brightener chemical cleaner, tip tank to RH side and let sit overnight
Tip tank to LH side and let sit overnight
Drain and pressure wash again
Neutralize chemical cleaner residue
Patch, paint, then reinstall
Repaint hood
Remove side doors
Remove precleaner
Remove hood
Sandblast and paint
Reinstall
Remove, sandblast and repaint side doors
Remove, sandblast and repaint all treadplate
Remake blade cylinder hoses
Clean and hone bores on the blade connectors
Clean and lubricate other pieces shipped in the blade component boxes
Update firmware and software on Cat Grade Control components
