Raise the bulldozer blade and block up the bulldozer blade. When you remove the cutting edges and the end bits, maintain the bulldozer blade at a minimum height.

Remove the bolts. Then remove the cutting edge and the end bits.
Thoroughly clean all contact surfaces.
Inspect the cutting edge. If the cutting edge is worn, install a new cutting edge and end bits.
Install all bolts and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.Bolts for cutting edge and end bits ... 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft)
Raise the bulldozer blade and remove the blocking. Lower the bulldozer blade to the ground.
After you operate the machine for a few hours, check all bolts for the proper torque.
