Install adjusted rod assemblies (B) and (C).2. Adjust head end of bolt (6) away from support until spring (4) has extended (stretched) 3 1 mm (.12 .04 in). Bolt (6) is upper stop for brake pedal.3. Hold brake pedal against upper stop and push brake spool all the way into valve. Then adjust rod end so that the pin that connects rod end to valve spool has a free fit.4. Push brake pedal down until valve spool stops.5. Adjust bolt (5) until head contacts brake pedal.6. Release brake pedal and turn bolt (5) an additional 1/2 turn out. Tighten locknut.
