Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and fuel cooler.
Remove the operator platform.

Disconnect four hose assemblies (2) from the side of hydraulic tank (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (4), hose assemblies (6), and hose assemblies (7) from hydraulic tank (1).
Remove the straps that secure hose assemblies (3) and hose assemblies (5) to the frame.
Position hose assemblies (3) and hose assemblies (5) out of the way.

Remove the nut and disconnect wire assemblies (10).
Disconnect harness assemblies (11).
Remove the bolts and bracket (9).
Disconnect harness assembly (8). Position harness assembly (8) out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (14) and hose assembly (13).
Remove fitting (12).

Disconnect hose assembly (18), hose assembly (17), and hose assembly (16).
Remove fitting (15).

Disconnect hose assembly (20).
Remove two straps (19).
Use two people to remove hydraulic tank (1). The weight of hydraulic tank (1) is approximately 20 kg (44 lb).
Remove hydraulic tank (1).Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic tank (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten fitting (15) to a torque of 140 10 N m (103 7 lb ft).
Tighten fitting (12) to a torque of 140 10 N m (103 7 lb ft).
